What this site is
We explain how Dutch mortgages, tax, health insurance and moving work, we offer calculators that illustrate the published rules, and we introduce people who want advice to independent, licensed advisers. We are an information and introduction service and nothing more.
What this site is not
We are not an adviser, a broker or an intermediary. We do not advise on mortgages, tax, insurance or any other financial product, we do not recommend a specific product, provider or rate, and nothing you read here is personal advice. The advisers we introduce you to are responsible for the advice they give and for their own registrations and licences — the register we show next to each name is there so you can check.
Where this site shows a calculation, it is an illustration based on published rules and the figures you entered. It is not an offer, and no lender, insurer or tax authority is bound by it.
What a request means
When you send a request you ask us to pass your details to the advisers named on that form. We do not promise that an adviser will contact you, how quickly, or what they will offer. You are under no obligation to accept anything, and any agreement you make is between you and the adviser.
Requests are free for you. Advisers pay us a fee for each introduction, whether or not you go on to work with them. That is worth knowing when you weigh their advice, and it is why a second opinion is sensible when the amounts are large.

Accuracy
Every guide names the official sources its figures come from and the date they were checked. Rules change, and sometimes we will be behind. Check anything a decision depends on with the source or with an adviser.
Liability
We take care to keep this site correct and available, but we cannot promise that it is always either. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a guide or a calculation, for the advice or services of an adviser we introduced you to, or for the content of sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there. Other disputes go to the courts of Varna, Bulgaria.
Changes
We may change these terms when the site changes. The date at the top says when that last happened; the version in force when you sent a request applies to that request.
